Please allow 48 hours (2 working days) for your prescription to be completed and signed.

1 AT THE SURGERY - Attached to the repeat prescription issued is an itemised repeat request form which should be deposited in one of the letter boxes within the surgery. These bear the pharmacies names - please ensure you have completed the consent form enabling us to transfer your prescription directly to the pharmacy of your choice and make sure you deposit your request in the correct box! If you have any queries please ask at reception.

2 BY POST - If you prefer to send a stamped-addressed envelope, we will be happy to post it back to you, but please allow additional time for the postal service.

3 ONLINE -You can order your REPEAT prescriptions online by selecting the icon at the top of this page. It just takes a few moments to register for this service and you can then send your request securely to us. You can also select where you would like to collect your prescription. If you wish to collect your pescription from one of the chemists listed, please ensure that you have completed the consent form at the surgery before requesting this service. You can order your prescriptions online to be collected at the surgery without completing the consent form.

4 PHONE - If you order your REPEAT prescription by 'phone, as from 1 Feb 2010, the number to dial is 955 9074 between 10 -5 Mon-Fri only. You will either speak with a Receptionist or get through to the prescription answering machine. In either case, please have all your details ready.
