Why not bypass the queue and check yourself in for your appointment when you come to the surgery?  The check in screen is situated in the waiting room and is easy to use.

 PLEASE be thoughtful and let us know if you cannot attend as this will allow us to offer the appointment to another patient. Since January 2010,  366appointments have been lost due to patients failing to attend.

ALL HOUSE CALL REQUESTS WITHIN SURGERY HOURS (956 4171)
House Visits will be made at the doctors discretion. Unless a patient is considered too ill or infirm to attend, he or she will be offered an appointment at the surgery. We now have parking and access facilities for the disabled. We hope therefore that most patients previously visited at home will be able to be seen at the surgery. Only in exceptional circumstances should a visit between the hours of 6.00pm and 8.30am be requested.

EMERGENCIES BETWEEN 8.30 am AND 6.00pm
Please telephone 956 4171 and your request will be dealt with promptly. The doctor on emergency call carries a radiophone and /or a radiopage for fast and effective communication.
