We and our staff will try our utmost to be helpful and courteous at all times. In return we hope that all patients:
- Will treat all practice staff with courtesy.
- Will inform the practice of any changes to your details.
- Will attend all appointments on time.
- Should you need to cancel your appointment, to give as much notice as possible.
- Will make sure that housecalls are only requested for those that are too ill or disabled to attend the surgery.
- Will allow at least 2 working days for the preparation of a repeat prescription
- Will make double appointments if they wish to discuss several medical problems. If in doubt please ask the receptionist at the time of booking.
